Royal Life Saving Swim Teacher Course
SISSS00132 Swimming and Water Safety Teacher Skill Set
Turn a love of the water into a career that saves lives.
Every child deserves to feel safe in the water — and Australia needs more qualified teachers to make that happen. The Royal Life Saving Swim Teacher course gives you the nationally recognised qualification, the practical skills, and the confidence to step onto the pool deck and make a real difference.
Becoming a Swim Teacher, a career that makes a huge impact
Drowning is one of the leading causes of preventable death for Australian children under five. Every lesson you teach is a small but real act of prevention - a kid who learns to float, a teenager who learns to rescue a mate, a nervous adult who finally feels safe in the water. You're not just running drills. You're building the skills that keep your community alive.
“Swim teachers play a vital role in saving lives by educating Australians on swimming and water safety.”
